These terms govern your download and use of MediaSlim, including permitted use, updates, and support.
About MediaSlim
MediaSlim is a downloadable macOS application published and supported under the jojotech brand. It compresses and converts image files on your Mac. Image processing happens locally; the product does not provide cloud storage or an online image-processing service.
Free use
Compression, format conversion, and Finder integration are all free. Install MediaSlim and start using it without an account.
License grant
You may install and use MediaSlim free of charge for personal or internal business purposes under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable software license.
You may not distribute modified copies of MediaSlim or use the software in violation of applicable law. Rights that cannot legally be restricted remain unaffected.
Downloads, updates, and support
The installer is distributed from the MediaSlim updates domain. Updates may change features, supported formats, compatibility, or system requirements. No specific future features or versions are guaranteed beyond what appears in published release notes.
Support is available through the email listed on the Support page. When reporting a problem, include your MediaSlim version, macOS version, Mac model, and steps to reproduce.
Warranty disclaimer and liability
MediaSlim is provided on an "as available" basis. Although the application is designed to preserve originals and write output separately, you remain responsible for keeping appropriate backups and checking output before deleting or replacing files.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, jojotech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of MediaSlim. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the product or legal requirements change. The updated date appears at the top of this page. Material changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
